Faith. Connection. Consistency. Hope.

As a Christian faith-based organisation, we walk alongside young people in group homes with compassion, humility, and consistency. Through mentoring, life skills, encouragement, and meaningful relationships, our mission is to speak life, build confidence, and help young people believe in a future filled with purpose and possibility.

People committed to showing up with care and consistency.

Speak Life WA Inc. is supported by a team of compassionate, community-minded people who share a heart for young people, mentorship, and faith-informed encouragement.

Having experienced the transforming grace of Jesus Christ after a life marked by trauma and hopelessness, my passion is to help young people discover that no past is beyond God’s redemption, every life has purpose, and true hope is found in Christ.

Growing up in a dysfunctional family has shaped me into someone who is kind, understanding, and patient. Through healing from my childhood experiences I now have a passion for serving and mentoring young people in the Speak Life Ministry.

Program & Engagement Lead

My childhood experience of living in women's shelters with my mother and brother inspired my passion for supporting young people. I want to show that your circumstances don't define your future—change is always possible.

Marcille Grapa

Treasurer

Having experienced adversity myself, I believe that pain does not have to define a person's future. Through Speak Life, I want to help young people see their value, discover their purpose, and find the strength to write a different ending to their story.

Having walked through hardship myself, I know how much hope and encouragement can mean. I want to help young people facing difficult circumstances understand that their past does not define them, their life has value, and a better future is possible.
